Better to be overweight than under. I am very lucky to live in a country of such abundance, the majority of people in the world will never be as rich as the poorest of poor in America. of course that oversimplifies it. but still. the rest of the country is already covered in the statement about “Kids in the US”. so I’ll asume you mean what about other countries.
